Orders and Payment

• All orders require a deposit to secure your date
• Final payment is due upon delivery or pickup
• Prices are subject to change based on custom requirements
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards

Cancellation Policy

• Orders cancelled 72+ hours in advance: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• Orders cancelled 24-72 hours in advance: 50% refund
• Orders cancelled less than 24 hours: No refund
• Wedding cakes require 2 weeks notice for cancellation

Delivery and Pickup

• Delivery is available within 25 miles of our location
• Delivery fees apply based on distance
• Customer is responsible for providing adequate refrigeration if needed
• Pickup orders must be collected within 24 hours of completion

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for damages resulting from mishandling after delivery or pickup.
